The Voice and Stress Clinic's are constantly striving to comply with the employment Equity Act. We are in the process of setting up a Voice Clinic outlet in Botswana.

An empowerment respresentative ran the Bloemfontein agency for two years from November 1999.

The Voice Clinic is currently sponsoring training for CIDA City Campus to upgrade the communication skill of their facilitators and students and have recently completed a sponsored training programme for one of the fundraisers of Cotlands. See Exhibit D.

Celebrities such as Baby Jakes Matlala have also completed sponsored training programs at The Voice Clinic with ongoing endorsement of the training programs to previously disadvantaged communities.

Sixty percent of our management are women, Polly Mitton who started at The Voice Clinic as a PA has been developed through the organisation and now holds the title of Pretoria Branch Manager.

Three of The Voice Clinic staff members have their childrens education sponsored by The Voice Clinic anually to the value of approximately R45000
